Can I add grandparents and nannies?

Free supports up to 4 members — perfect for the nuclear family. Grandparents, blended families or a nanny require Premium (unlimited members).

How is it different from Google Calendar?

Google Calendar is a tool for individuals. JH FamilySync is built for families: occasions with countdowns, filter by person, polls, school holidays for 26 cantons preinstalled — no ad tracking, no selling of data.

How do you handle data protection and GDPR?

Data protection is built in from the start: servers in the EU region (europe-west1, Belgium), encrypted transmission, data processing under Art. 28 GDPR. The operator is JH Virtuell KLG in Stein am Rhein; we comply with the GDPR and the Swiss FADP. Details in our privacy policy.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

Your family and all your data are kept. You return to the Free plan with 4 members and 1 external calendar subscription — the rest is disabled (not deleted) until you upgrade again.

Can I export my data?

Yes — Art. 20 GDPR. One click in the settings and you receive your complete export (ICS & JSON) by email. No forms, no support ticket.

Is there an iOS or Android app?

The web app installs on any smartphone as a PWA — same comfort, no App Store needed. Native iOS and Android apps are in the works and will arrive soon on the App Store and Google Play.
